Weapon Location Question - Guild Wars Forums

After looking all over Wiki, and searching Guru i've come up empty handed in my search to find the weapons i'm looking for. If anyone would care to oblige I would greatly appreciate it.

Wand - 10 / 10 Halves Cast / Recharge Globally
Offhand - 10 / 10 Halves Cast / Recharge Globally (one or the other even)
Staff w/ 10 / 10 Halves Cast / Recharge Globally

Preferably with a Monk based req. I know Byzzr's Benediction and Gordac's Holy Rod have these stats, however I am having hell finding someone willing to depart with them. So I opted to try and find a collector / crafter who I can get 'em off of. Thanks.
